At the same time, the objective, standardized and scientific management and supervision means provided by the system provide effective supervision basis and management means for managers, improve the equipment management level of the power system, and realize the automation and paperless data acquisition, so that it can not only provide good chemical and mechanical properties in the automotive power and power system, but also facilitate and efficient query of stored data and application results

1 system composition and framework

power equipment inspection system is mainly composed of the following parts: inspection system server (including database server, web server and inspection server), inspection system client, inspection handheld, field equipment, inspection signs. The topology of the inspection system is shown in Figure 1

2 system workflow
